After running in high school Ella had a break then returned to the sport post children as a means to help her cope with PND – and just never stopped. She’s been through first trying to run from bench to bench at the park, then trying to do a whole 5k and is currently up to running 100km ultramarathons, with future plans for a 100 miler!
Ella believes strongly in helping and encouraging woman to get out there and give it a try. Everyone can be a runner. Everyone can achieve things they might think today are impossible. As a mother working full time and training herself, she has first hand experience of the difficulties of juggling life – but also understands just how enjoyable and good this sport is for you!
Her coaching philosophy is a simple one – each athlete is individual and has their specific needs and it’s that that needs to be at the centre of everything we do. She absolutely loves coaching and helping people achieve their goals – whether it’s 5km or 100km, she’ll be there with you every up and down along the way.
