Customised training programs – developed specifically FOR you
How it works?
Programs will be created every 4 weeks and will include a variety of runs- speed sessions, hill sessions, threshold runs, long runs, recovery runs. All distances and paces will be mapped out for you so you can just get out there and do it without having to think about it.
Our programs are developed to build strength and long term running progression. We use gradual increases in mileage and intensity to challenge you to a point of improvement, without high risk of injury by overtraining.
Communication with our coaches
We are available for communication and feedback via email every day, we follow your progress and make modifications to your program as required.
