Jack fell in love with running in 2016 after competing in a local fun run. He saw first hand the benefits of individualised approaches to training when he started to improve drastically by following a structured, tailored program.
Within a few months, Jack would start racing a variety of distances hoping to nudge down his PBs. Over the years, Jack has now run 8.30 for 3k, 14.57 for 5k, 31.28 for 10k and 72.15 for the half marathon.
Jack is passionate about helping runners reach their goals by taking a long term approach. As a coach, his number one principle is consistency. Jack understands that each athlete is an individual and has different training needs, so seeks to work in tandem with the athlete to get the best out of them.
Outside of running Jack is married to Sophie and they are expecting their first child in 2022.
