Rochelle’s love of sport began as a junior competitive state swimmer and tennis player. It wasnt until her early twenties that she found a new love in running, tackling coastal trails and road races.

She loves everything about running, including both the social and competitive aspects and especially the amazing high you feel after a tough session. Rochelle’s best road performances include her half Marathon PB 1.20 at the Gold Coast and 10km PB: 36.22 in Melbourne. She is a regular contender at many of the coastal fun runs, her favourite being Mountain to Surf in Lorne and Bells Bash which she won in 2019.

Rochelle is a Physiotherapist at Waterfront Health Studio in Geelong. She loves treating runners, sporting injuries and women’s health. She has a special interest in Clinical Pilates in both rehabilitation and injury prevention which she finds is especially beneficial for runners.

Rochelle has more than 10 years of coaching experience with junior state and national swimmers. She excited to use her experience of working with athletes in coaching runners. She is passionate about running and wants to share this love with others, helping motivate, support and coach people of all abilities to reach their goals and be the best they can be.
